Mornings in McGregor

Mornings in McGregor village are one of my absolute favourite things.

I travel back to my home town in South Africa. At the end of the Road to Nowhere in the Klein Karoo lies the eclectic village of McGregor. Settled between the Riviersonderend mountains in 1861, McGregor lies in a natural paradise of fynbos, scattering clouds and days dripping with sunlight.

Returning to my childhood home - I walk the dirt roads, visit old friends, and wander through the hills that shaped my love of wilder places.
