This is one of my favourite winter hikes of the season: hiking from my town to the Zugerberg. I took a full day and stepped out the door with my sights set on the top of the nearest mountain. Some of the greatest adventures can be had in our backyards, and we don't always need to travel to faraway places to experience them.
